Research Peptides Affiliate Agreement

1 Customer discount and sales attribution

The Company will issue a unique affiliate code that gives customers 10% off eligible product purchases. A paid order must use that code at checkout to qualify. Discounts cannot be combined unless the Company approves. Complimentary products, self-purchases, cancelled orders and fraudulent transactions do not earn commissions or count toward sales tiers.

2 Monthly commission tiers

Production is measured by qualifying net product sales in each calendar month, using Eastern Time. Net sales are product revenue actually collected after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, returns and chargebacks.

The highest tier reached applies to all qualifying net sales for that month. Tiers reset monthly. The 20% rate continues through the $10,000 milestone until sales reach $20,000. Example: $20,000 in qualifying net sales earns $6,000; $25,000 earns $10,000.

3 Monthly payouts and adjustments

Commissions are paid monthly by the 15th of the following month, with an itemized statement, using the payment method agreed by the parties. If the 15th is not a business day, payment is due the next business day. The Affiliate must provide accurate payment details and any required tax documentation and is responsible for applicable taxes.

Later refunds or chargebacks reduce the original month's net sales and may change its tier. The Company will show any recalculation on the next statement and offset overpayments against future commissions. Statement questions should be raised promptly; verified errors will be corrected.

4 Free products while marketing our brand

The Affiliate will receive a free two-month supply of the agreed products when joining the program. After that, the Affiliate will continue receiving the agreed products free of product charges while actively marketing the Research Peptides brand under this Agreement. This benefit is separate from commissions and has no minimum sales requirement. Complete the product allocation below before signing.

5 Promotion and content standards

The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company professionally using accurate descriptions and approved materials. The Company will provide promotional graphics and available marketing materials. There is no fixed monthly posting quota or minimum sales requirement under this Agreement. Any additional posting schedule must be agreed in writing.

All products, including complimentary products, are for research use only and not for human consumption. Promotions must clearly state "For Research Use Only - Not for Human Consumption." The Affiliate must not promote human use, give dosing or administration instructions, claim treatment or prevention of disease, or suggest regulatory approval that the product does not have.

The Affiliate must clearly and conspicuously disclose the commission relationship and complimentary products in promotional content. A suitable disclosure is: "Paid affiliate of Research Peptides. I receive free products and earn a commission on qualifying purchases using my code." Disclosures must appear with the promotion and be visible in the relevant image or video; a profile-only disclosure is insufficient.

The Affiliate must follow applicable advertising laws and platform rules, make truthful statements, and avoid spam, fabricated reviews, misleading earnings claims and unauthorized coupon-site postings. The Company may request correction or removal of noncompliant content. Company approval does not authorize unlawful claims.

6 Independent relationship and brand materials

The Affiliate acts independently and has no authority to bind the Company, make promises on its behalf or collect customer payments. Participation is nonexclusive. The Company grants permission to use approved brand materials solely for this program while the Agreement is active. Each party must protect nonpublic business and customer information and use it only to administer this Agreement.

7 Duration and termination

This Agreement begins on the effective date and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate by email with seven days' notice. The Company may terminate immediately for fraud, unlawful promotion or a material breach. On termination, the Affiliate must stop new promotions, remove active affiliate offers and stop using Company brand materials; the code will be disabled and future complimentary allocations will end.

Valid commissions on qualifying orders placed before termination remain payable on the usual monthly schedule, subject to documented returns and other adjustments. Termination does not forfeit properly earned commissions, and previously provided complimentary products are not charged back solely because the Agreement ends.

8 Entire agreement and changes

This Agreement replaces prior informal discussions about this program. Changes to commissions, discounts, product allocations or other terms require both parties' written agreement and cannot reduce commissions already earned. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Electronic signatures and counterparts may be used.

9 Acceptance and signatures

By signing, both parties accept this Agreement, including the completed product allocation and the monthly commission and payout rules.
